Commissioner Meetings

Meetings of the board of commissioners are public meetings subject to Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. Notices of meetings at posted at the BDLIA office, 211 S. Spring St as well as this website 24 hours before the meeting and include the meeting agenda.

Annual Meetings

Every lake district must hold an annual in-person meeting of electors (resident voters) and property owners. The meeting must be held between May 22 and September 8. The district is responsible for mailing a written notice at least 14 days in advance of the meeting to all district property owners and electors. In addition notice of the meeting will be posted at BDLIA office, 211 S. Spring St as well as on this website and in the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen. The meeting notice will include time, date, place, agenda and proposed annual budget. Next Meeting: Date and location to be announced. Agenda will be posted prior to the meeting.
